Hi, this is Jeff Yang, FSA. I am the founder of The Actuarial Nexus and The Actuarial Nexus Docs.

I first started The Actuarial Nexus as a hobby project to combine my passion for education and technology. As the platform grew, I realized that it could be a useful resource to help students pass the early exams. I now work full time on The Actuarial Nexus, which includes implementing new features, adding more questions, and eventually expanding into more exams.

As of July 2023, The Actuarial Nexus is listed as an official study resource with the Society of Actuaries.

Prior to The Actuarial Nexus, I primarily worked in consulting, serving as the lead pricing actuary for Georgia's Medicaid program.

In addition to The Actuarial Nexus, I also run a YouTube channel focused on the actuarial profession. There will be some overlap between the channel and The Actuarial Nexus. Please subscribe if you would like to support the channel and raise awareness of the profession!
